Yo Everyone !!

There are afew things we discussed today

1st : we will spread this news by mouth first

2nd : suvery forms will be spread ard during the FD musical

3rd : a ratio of about 1 coacher : 5 students

4th : once every 2 weeks [ March to Late May]

5th : will haf a brief-ing fer the coachers
brief them on wad are our expectations
wad dey are suppose to do
and who are their students

6th : will haf a brief-ing fer the students
let them understand how tis thing works
who are their coachers
and wad are their O/N levels grades

7th : Venue...
To help them effectively
We decided to separate de students to
3 KaiKans - SYC/TBSC
- Senja/SCC
- ICA/TSC

8th : We will actually seperate the students
by their sub comb first...
[ soooo tt dey most probably will be
wif ppl who are having same sub comb ]
Next by the subjects dey need help in...

9th : Every coachers will haf to major in 1-3 subjects
we dun wish to haf coachers spent
too much time on tis and fail their own exams...


Oso afew things we need to do during the next meeting...

1st : Create a blog for our "FD-Coaching"
[ Which is wad u are seeing now...
will implement on de next meeting]

2nd : Tink of a name fer us...
[ "FD-Coachers" doesnt sound nice... ]

3rd : Create a suvery form for those "O" & "N" Levels
ask them wad are their sub combinations
and wad sub dey need to be coached in

4th : Create a suvery form for the "Coachers"
will ask them their sub combinations for their own O/N levels
and their grades for tt

5th : GheeHan asked us to write a proposal fer him
he will haf to discuss tis wif the FDICs, YMD & YWD Cheifs

6th : Decide wads de maxinum amount of coachers we could haf
[ depending on how many students we having
since de ratio is 1 : 5 ]

7th : Decide how much commitment we need from the coachers
kannot come teach fer 1 week den run le...

Most probably the next meeting would be on
